Improves polyfills (next-polyfill-module, next-polyfill-nomodule)

1. Remove unnecessary polyfills from the build.
2. By depending on the Polyfill library externally, we avoid hardcoding.

Background

Next.js provides built-in polyfills, but they are hardcoded and do not respect browserslist configurations.
These polyfills cause issues described below.
