Experimental config at one place api

Goals

1. To have all the config at one folder.
2. Additionally also provide an api to provide a place for all the ai models to summarize and keep their markdowns at one single place/directory.

Non-Goals

1. This is all experimental and something I personally would like so if there are security flaws then all of it is a non-goal altogether.

Background

Too many config files confuse and clutter the codebase thus having it at one place would be a pretty solid idea.

Proposal

I am interested in contributing though have not thought it through , will update as soon as i am having a good enough idea.
