RSC Tree Loading

I am using NextJS app router for my project. Now the problem is when I use ui router in slow internet, my app looks like it's not working, as clicking multiple times on the link, no URL change, as rsc tree fetching, and on the user end, its look like the web app is not working. Now what to do

With the current default experience, you'd need to have some prefetchable loading state on the target route. Could you describe the target route that's locking up? Also Next.js version? Next Config flags?

And even 5g speed url not change its take time as rsc tree fetching after response url change
prefetching is good but if user doing action fast like clicking on link before it prefetch the behaviour will be same as above.

look NextJs is excellent you can write api routes and its giving full stack experience but this one thing is destroying user experience
