Enable logging in production environment

According to the documentation of logging here: https://nextjs.org/docs/app/api-reference/config/next-config-js/logging

You can configure the logging level and whether the full URL is logged to the console when running Next.js in $${\color{red}development}$$ mode.

By default all the incoming requests will be logged in the console during $${\color{red}development}$$.

Question: How to enable logging in $${\color{green}production}$$ mode?

For prod perhaps, using a collector is a bit better:

That's a little bit heavy. Hope it could enable logging in production mode.

That's fair though, I think the trade-off take is that logging takes away from rendering/serving requests. So a production server relies on message passing, etc, to hand-off the logging to other processes.

I don't quite understand the trade-off. At lease next.js should let me choose what to trade-off. When I need logging, I could see log. When I need message passing, I could setup telemetry server.
