Proposal: Add name with-reactrouter-nextjs-storybook example to showcase full-stack monorepo starter

Goals

• Help developers who wants to build full-stack applications with the two modern React frameworks (React Router v7 and Next.js)
• Demonstrate shared UI components, tooling configurations, and testing (E2E, Storybook)

Non-goals

• No backend services or databases
• Not include every possible tool
• Not a production-ready template

Background

Many developers, including myself who build blogging websites use Next.js for the admin when working with a headless CMS like Payload, and React Router for the public-facing web app with shared components. Current options require stitching together examples or starting from scratch.

The starter includes practical features developers appreciate:

• Storybook with light/dark mode toggles in docs and stories preview iframe
• Radix UI color tokens with Tailwind CSS (no dark: variant)
• CVA (Class Variance Authority) for easy shadcn/ui-like integration
• TypeScript configurations
• ESLint and Prettier for code quality
• Vitest for unit testing
• lint-staged/husky for pre-commit checks
• GitHub Actions for CI/CD (linting, testing, E2E, Chromatic for Storybook, Socket.dev for dependencies check, Codecov for code coverage, test/bundle analysis)
• ...and much more

Also, writing tests that reflects the behavior and not the implementation :)

Add hassanaitnacer/turbo-starter that I built with:

• apps/admin (Next.js)
• apps/web (React Router)
• apps/e2e (Playwright)
• apps/storybook (Storybook)
• packages/ui (shared components)
• packages/tooling (configs)
