JsSIP on Windows 11

Hi!

Moving an application using JsSIP from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
On Windows 10 it works good.

On Windows 11 the call is "frozen" after some time. At the same time the actual UDP socket is not "assigned to application" on client anymore. (not visible through netstat). This occurs mainly after a rebooot. If i wait 10 min after reboot to start the call, the problem is not visible.

Any ideas? how to troubleshoot? JS log in browser doesn't reveal anything special.

We also encountered this issue after upgrading to Windows 11.
Have you found a solution?
Here is what we are experiencing at the moment:
The issue occurs after a full OS restart only, and only once.
It is reproduced immediately when we manually start SystemSettings.exe via Start → Settings after the OS restart. If we try to start Settings a second time, the issue does not occur.
It also occurs 4–8 minutes after a restart, when SystemSettings.exe or ShellExperienceHost.exe appears in the running processes.
This issue affects not only JsSIP but also another application that uses UDP ports.
