Create Buckets with versitygw admin

Hi,

Thanks for having the versitygw out there. I use it as for terraform backend with s3 to posix. Works fine for me! (certainly with minio no more open-source). I got everything working. I was wondering if it would be possible to also create buckets with versitygw admin. Now I create the buckets with awscli. All the user creating/assignment I do in versitygw admin. It would make sense for me to also create simple buckets there.

I think this is a good feature request. I assume it would be most useful to be able to create bucket with owner in a single admin request?
