Console image `3.5.0` should be changed to `v3.5.0`

The image for console is 3.5.0 which cannot be pulled from the docker hub.

The corrent image for console should be v3.5.0. Could it also be changed to v3.6.0 since the v3.6.0 console image is latest and available.
