Warmup initial scale doesn't work as intended #222

Expected Behaviour
When starting invocations, scales of functions should be based on the warmup profiler estimations.
Actual Behaviour
Since deployment takes some time, most of the instances of functions created as initial scale are terminated.
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- Run any trace with >100 functions
Additional Info
This leads to necessity to increase warmup stage length and run for longer.
