New Shell takes the zoom of parent shell regardless of different monitor zoom

How to reproduce:

• Open the Type View
• Move it to a monitor with a different zoom level
• Close the type view
• Open it again

Expected: The type view opens with the previous size with the content inside scaled to the zoom of the monitor on which it is placed
Actual: The type view does open with the size and at the pervious location but the content inside is zoomed with the zoom level of the parent shell.

Assumption is this is related to inheriting the zoom from parent shell, when creating the child shell. Assumption is/was any wrong inheritance would be "fixed" by any following dpi change. Perhaps this is a misconception in some cases.

• We need a proper investigation about the behavior when a child shell is opened/moved at creation time on another monitor as the parent shell
• Opening it on primary or secondary monitor can have a different effect

After upadting the SWT repository, cannot reproduce on the runtime workspace
After performing setup task on my working IDE, can't reproduce as well.
