Broken menu images when using `-Dswt.autoScale` and monitor-specific scaling

Description
I see these broken images under the Run menu:

Reproduction
Move the workbench window to the secondary monitor (at 100% zoom) and click the Run menu.

Expected Behavior
No broken images

Necessary configuration:

• Monitor-specific scaling is active
• Primary monitor at 175%
• Secondary monitor at 100%
• VM-Arg: -Dswt.autoScale=275

Additional knowledge

• Windows 10
• Eclipse-Version: I20250812-1800
• I'm using the nightly build of the Eclipse SDK (the zip file from here)

I can reproduce with the exact same settings 👍

Note that I am quite sure that this very very seldom also happened for me with other auto-scale settings (in particular not including a fixed zoom), such as just having an SDK with default settings (monitor-specific scaling enabled). So goal of working on this issue should be to find the root cause that may also affect other scenarios and fix that instead of focussing on the specific reproduction scenario.
