Incorrect repo-server patch example in README (see PR #289)

The example in the README for patching argocd-repo-server appears outdated or incorrect.

Problem

• Container name should be repo-server
• Missing or incorrect volume mounts and environment variables for the KSOPS plugin
• Image version may be outdated or invalid

Proposed Fix

I’ve submitted PR #289 to update the README with:

• Correct container name
• Valid image: viaductoss/ksops:v4
• Proper volume mounts and environment variables for KSOPS
• Tested with:
  • Argo CD: v3.0.x
  • Helm chart: 8.1.x
  • KSOPS: v4
