[Feature Request] Per-key 'QMK Settings > Tap-Hold' configuration

Currently, Tap-Hold QMK Settings is applied globally. It would be nice to have per-key control on "Permissive Hold" and "Ignore Mod Tap Interrupt", so some tap-hold keys have different behavior.
Personally, for my home-row-mods, I use "Permissive Hold" + " Ignore Mod Tap Interrupt": hold action when another key is pressed and release; however, for other tap-hold keys, I would like to use Permissive Hold only: hold action when another key is pressed.

Maybe that could be settings for each Tap Dance key.
