Upgrade to 1.2.3 to Remove KtorExperimentalAPI

Hello,

I am a huge fan of this plugin, and was wondering if you had the bandwidth / time to upgrade the package by a minor version so that the published package can match the current master branch where the @KtorExperimentalAPI is removed?
