City-based timezone conversions

I frequently work and play online with people across the planet. We all have different time zones, and I tend to get lost across them. Qalculate only supports explicit time zones, not city-based ones, and sometimes I only know the nearest big city.

Describe the solution you'd like

Alt+Space -> 8 PM EST to Kyiv returns 2 AM, and I suddenly recall that EST is not EEST :)

Describe alternatives you've considered

To date, I am pulling up the browser or check the world clock on a phone. None of that is as convenient as checking time in the other part of the world through Raycast on Windows, but come on, I barely boot it up!

Additional context

If that requires patching/upstreaming to Qalculate or bringing alternative backend, I am open to that.

Either alternative backend or you can use SoulverCore. Patched libqalculate would be annoying to distribute.
