Add a LICENSE and create a conda-package

This seems very useful, and thank you for creating and sharing. 
Would it be possible to add a LICENSE to this repo, I usually use conda, and once you add a LICENSE, I am happy to help get this package built for the conda-ecosystem / conda-forge
