[Feature] Set vibrate only after peroidic time #488

I would like to have vibration as backup incase that I set device volume mute and/or additional alerts but not in primary one.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add option to use vibrate only in periodic of time, e.g 1 minute after alarming, 2.5 minutes after alarming
