Migrate to Modern architecture as AWebFactory Project #33

@victorkane

Description

@victorkane

This is possibly the best work I ever did in Drupal (as Drupal 7 best-of-breed installation profile) or in anything else for that matter (the issues (see #3) constitute a detailed and highly advanced and reusable web application process approach I have never published).

I therefore want to migrate this Drupal 7 installation profile driven literary workshop app to modern decoupled architecture as an example of DurableDrupal Content Migration Rescue:

  • To a block-based full site editing WordPress CMS and structured content server with a built-in usable website client
  • Possibly adding additional clients consuming the REST API and/or GraphQL server offerings

All of this will be presented as an AWebFactory Project learning path in the hope that it will stave off widespread anxiety at the prospect of Drupal 7 end of life which many complexity mongerers and profiteers are so looking forward to.

Here our aim is to provide proven, reusable completely open source solutions with no vendor lock-in of any kind, even in the hosting solution that will be presented.
