Feature Request - Add Reactive Power to Grid Meter Registers

Can Reactive power and VAr be added to the grid registers specifically from the EM540 Grid meter and any other that supports it.

In AU there is https://www.csipaus.org/ and in order to be complaint then we need to know the reactive power at the site, currently this cannot be surfaced using Modbus Grid Registers when a Victron compatible grid meter is used having these registers exposed would be very valuable.
