[FEATURE] Playlist of music clips playing on the background when queue is empty

Describe the solution you'd like
On the info page, add the possibility to put on a youtube playlist url to be randomly played on the background video when the queue is empty. This way, the admin can set a playlist with music clips to be played while there's no one singing.

Maybe the system can "rotates" the download/play/delete songs, using the ytdlp with a temporary folder to download a video from the playlist and while the video is being played it downloads another one and when it finishes playing, the system deletes the song and so on.

Sorry @vicwomg for I'm having no time to implement this. If no one attacks this, maybe I can give it a try in the future.

You can already specify bg music with:

  --bg-music-path BG_MUSIC_PATH [BG_MUSIC_PATH ...]
                        Path to a custom directory for the splash screen background music. Directory must contain mp3 files which will be randomized in a playlist.

It might be best to allow people to manage this themselves rather than rely more on youtube.

That's a way of doing it, but it relys on offline videos.

I was thinking here that there's no need to use yt-dlp and complicated stuff (as I have said before), just a player that runs on top of the splash screen when the system is in idle (instead of the screensaver), that displays YouTube, using the provided playlist url.

What do you think? I can try to code it.
