- one folder per event
- event-specific
README.mdpages - supporting assets inside
resources/ - a reusable
_template/for future events
Recommended event folder naming format:
YYYY-MM-DD-location-event-name
Example:
2026-03-23-bengaluru-perception-101
Why this format works well:
- sorts naturally by date on GitHub
- keeps event names consistent
- makes past and upcoming events easy to scan
- avoids duplicate event names across cities
Each event folder should contain:
README.md— event overview, recap, agenda, speakers, links
Example:
2026-03-23-bangalore-perception-101/
README.md
Use _template/ as the starting point for new event pages.
