VideoDB Events

This repository contains public pages and supporting resources for VideoDB events.

VideoDB is the perception, memory, and action layer for AI agents working with video and audio.

Here you’ll find event pages, workshop notes, demo links, and related assets from VideoDB meetups, community sessions, and hands-on events.

For VideoDB projects and source code, visit: https://github.com/video-db

What this repo contains

  • one folder per event
  • event-specific README.md pages
  • supporting assets inside resources/
  • a reusable _template/ for future events

Repository structure

Recommended event folder naming format:

YYYY-MM-DD-location-event-name

Example:

2026-03-23-bengaluru-perception-101

Why this format works well:

  • sorts naturally by date on GitHub
  • keeps event names consistent
  • makes past and upcoming events easy to scan
  • avoids duplicate event names across cities

Event folder structure

Each event folder should contain:

  • README.md — event overview, recap, agenda, speakers, links

Example:

2026-03-23-bangalore-perception-101/
  README.md

Template

Use _template/ as the starting point for new event pages.

Suggested sections for each event page

  • Title
  • Date
  • Location
  • Status
  • Overview
  • Speaker(s)
  • Key themes or agenda
