[Feature]: GitHub Actions validator show errors as comments in Pull Request #55

Summary
Most people won't know to check the logs of the action. It should also mention that you can run the validate-schema.py locally.
This seems to have some tricky permissions issues, since forks don't have write access to the main repo and its pull requests.
