Restore api reference data attribute functionality

I noticed that 5f5ffb9, associated with #479 resulted with data attributes no longer rendering in the api docs. Opening an issue to investigate and resolve.

What changed in 5f5ffb9

// before (worked)
export const PlayButtonDataAttrs = { ... } as const;

// after (broken for extractor)
export const PlayButtonDataAttrs = { ... } as const satisfies StateAttrMap<PlayButtonState>;

This pattern change happened across data-attrs files, e.g. /packages/core/src/core/ui/play-button/play-button-data-attrs.ts:11.

Why that broke extraction

extractDataAttrs only unwraps:

• direct object literal
• as expression

It does not unwrap SatisfiesExpression:

/site/scripts/api-docs-builder/src/data-attrs-handler.ts:45

So with as const satisfies ..., the initializer AST shape became:

• old: AsExpression -> ObjectLiteralExpression
• new: SatisfiesExpression -> AsExpression -> ObjectLiteralExpression

The extractor never reaches the object literal, returns null, and docs JSON gets empty dataAttributes.

Extra note

5f5ffb9 also renamed some exports from *DataAttributes to *DataAttrs, but the extractor already supports both names:
