Visual Studio 2013 cannot open the solution

As the title, when I open the solution with vs2013, alert cannot support.

To keep it up to data and make it easier to add more changes, it would be great if someone could help out with upgrading the metadata to work with the a reasonable fresh .NET Core version. Best if it also works with a recent version of visual studio.

It should be a matter of opening it up in Visual Studio and save everything, then just double-check it can be built and run with .NET Core also.
