Make a "Viget Mode"

Maybe a little toggle so that we can add all of the fun niche Viget sounds that we want but they don't show up by default on the main page should anyone outside of Viget be using Parakeet.
Another option is some sounds could be restricted to maybe only if you sign up with a viget.com email account? Probably not a need to make it that private

Originally had the organization level idea here but just created a parent level ticket for it #97 Shared Organization Sounds

Would be good to do this soon-ish as non viget users may start to use Parakeet
