Uittredepunt semi-prob and proba results #1
Description
The outcome for each Uittredepunt is currently a (combined) unity check for uplift/heave/piping. Besides this, it would be valuable to return a reliability index (beta factor) for each points in 2 different ways:
- in a semi-probabilistic way, using characteristic values for the input parameters
- in a fully probabilistic way (FORM): either using the Python API of the Probabilistic ToolKit from Deltares, or with another open source library for reliability calculations.
