template for visualizing built works from the map

On click of a geospatial feature (building or built work) on the map, we should not have a popup on map, rather have the template for the built work open on the left in the sidebar.

Here we should display all related entities (people, sources, events)

This issue replaces other issues that describe the "navigator" functionality which is now deprecated.
