@vinc This is being discussed (Among other things) in this Reddit thread You should probably contact GitHub and have the repository removed, I think they'll take action. |

Hey everyone, thanks for looking into this issue! 🙏 It's too bad that the author didn't simply fork MOROS and acknowledge it as their starting point because one of my main goal with this project is to encourage more people to work on their own personal operating systems, so I'm actually quite pleased to see my code reused in many projects. |

You may want to know that your project's source code was taken without attribution and is being passed off as original by an OS being called "MARMOS".
I attempted to reach out to them here: https://github.com/gianndev/marmos/issues/5. However, the issue was quickly closed with no action taken. EDIT: The issue has now been deleted, demonstrating bad faith.
Numerous source files for MOROS were directly copied with no changes, others with the only change to be to rename them to MARMOS. The filesystem is being claimed to be an original design even though the code is identical to the MOROS filesystem.
@vinc As the copyright holder, you have the right to determine how to respond to this. The MIT license you have chosen requires attribution and inclusion of the full license text, which MARMOS has not done.
