When installed, Xcode is unable to simulate added location

Issue:

After GPX Avenue Viewer is installed, Xcode became unable to simulate non default location & during add .gpx file selection, the .gpx file becomes greyed out and unable to be selected.

This is happening at both

• Product -> Scheme -> Edit Scheme -> Run -> Options -> Core Location -> Allow Location Simulation -> Default Location -> Add GPS Exchange to Project
• Debug -> Simulate Location -> Add GPS Exchange to Project

Expected Outcome

Not have an interference with Xcode.
