Any documentation for using iOS shortcuts with Zavala?

I think shortcuts would be useful for me e.g. send url of current page in web browser to a specific Zavala outline.

But I have no idea how iOS shortcuts work, even at the most basic level. Including how to get one on the share sheet.

Can anyone point me to how I might set up and use iOS shortcuts for Zavala?
