Sober Planned Outage

Recently, few minutes ago, I updated Sober and got greeted with this pop up

I searched online to see if having similar issues, so i can see if this is either a bug or its a wide thing, and to see if there is anything on why this is the case,
and there is nothing on this.

so my questions are

• is anyone else having this issue?

• how long is, what appears to be this planned outage going to be? and why is it happening?
