Hanging when clicking on Firemonkey form that resizes itsefl

I have a feeling this is related to the older bug about freezing, but in Berlin.1 using the latest source gotten from here, when I click on a button LABELED TRACKS that is supposed to expand the FireMonkey form the whole thing just freezes.

I have a made a fairly minimal version that shows this and I'd GREATLY appreciate any help you can give in this matter.
