Scheduled updates should clear it's right slider notification

I have automatic updates enabled however the alerts are not cleared

from the above screen shot I would think that the alerts should be cleared when applied
my settings are

I see, well, that’s kind of how it works now. Webmin itself sends notifications first, but the actual update happens a bit later. Then the update is installed, the dashboard notifications are cleared, but they stay in the right-side slider as part of the collected notifications.

I actually think it’s a good feature. It shows when updates were available and when they were installed automatically.

Is it really a big deal to mark them all as read automatically or have the removed?

I never looked at the alerts for months as most of them are just updates and I ended up with loads of them, at this point it's a case of clearing all of them without reading any, so if there were any alerts from any other webmin functions they were lost and not read. As you think this is a feature why not split it delete the update notifications after x days ? This will allow the user to read them if they wish or ignore them so they self delete
