does EditableGeoJsonLayer support in vue?

The issue does not come from Vue, but from a bug in latest version of @deck.gl-community/editable-layers (or rather combination of deck.gl and editable layers version as I understand it).
Here is the connected issue: #201

Try replacing the version of the package to something like "@deck.gl-community/editable-layers": "^9.1.0-beta.5", for me it is working.
