ParticleLayer rendering on Chrome on Pixel 10 Pro causes WebGL to crash

A simple deck.gl instance with a WeatherLayers.ParticleLayer added crashes WebGL on Pixel 10 Pro Chrome.

Expect the long term fix will require a change in Chrome, and have submitted the issue there, but looking for any possible alternative mitigations in the short term.

Steps

1. On Pixel 10 Pro Chrome
2. Visit pen that: https://codepen.io/jfred-the-looper/pen/vENvPpq
   • Creates deck.gl instance
   • Adds WeatherLayers.ParticleLayer when "Show Layer" button presses (random data)
3. Click "Show Layer"
