2 small slideshow papercuts

First of all, thank you for this amazing tool! It works so much better than the alternatives I tried :)

My main use-case is showing pictures, so I found 2 small papercuts with the slideshow mode:

1. The --with-ui option doesn't work. I only get logs, not the TUI. This should hopefully be easy to fix?
2. There is a (black screen) delay of ~3-5 seconds between images, where I assume the next image is being transferred. Can this delay be reduced somehow? Maybe the next image can be transferred asynchronously?

1. It looks like when --with-ui was implemented, it wasn't done for the slideshow command. We would need to add something similar as https://github.com/vishen/go-chromecast/blob/master/cmd/load.go#L49-L65 to the slideshow command. I don't have much time these days so happy to take a PR :)

2. We currently load all media items up front: https://github.com/vishen/go-chromecast/blob/master/application/application.go#L924-L950. I suspect this might be something within the chromecast itself and not sure if we have the ability to control that.
