I have purchased a v2b PCB from an ebay seller for use on a Lay-z spa Havana (with egg type pump) - its got the red LLC on fitted to it which is the transistor type.
I have configured the ESP board up - - wifi is working etc and it seems to control the spa perfectly via the webui however I get no display firing up at all - its entirely dead, no buttons light up or sound. I've tested to see if the display receives 5v via the cabling with a multimeter and it appears that it should be - wiring checks out fine to my eyes as well.
I removed the board again and done the HWtest and these are my results with cables looped:
Start test. Seq begins with HIGH, then alters.

End of test!
"1" or "0" indicates ERROR, depending on test state. "-" is good.
Switching cio pins 5s HIGH -> 5s LOW -> input
then DSP pins 5s HIGH -> 5s LOW -> input, repeating
Disconnect cables then reset chip when done!
would this stop the display from operating and if so what would be causing this?
Also I have resoldered this with new cables 3 times over now and all looks good to me as mentioned before. The LLC is the right way round too, left side LV and right side HV. Could the llc be faulty? As above there seems to be some problem with D1> D6 and D6 > D1.
If I unplug the wifi pcb and go back to manual/factory display and cabling setup the display works fine - ive also tested this with two displays both have the same issue.
Any help greatly appreciated.
