`Anzahl/Jahr` & `X Tage` doesn't translate

Description

• When looking at a SAIDI page in a non-german language (ie. this one), the Anzahl/Jahr legend stays in German.
• The same issue appears on the Compliance page (example)

Acceptance Criteria

• Anzahl/Jahr on the SAIDI page should translate to the respective language
• X Tage on the Compliance page should also translate correctly

@mevionfamos / @ptbrowne Is Anzahl/Jahr even correct? If I remember correctly, SAIDI should be Minuten/Jahr, and SAIFI Anzahl/Jahr. Or did that change throughout the project?
