generating the dts file for ts projects

when using rolldown-vite , do we need to use vite-plugin-dts to generate the types, which version of it goes well with rolldown and how can we get better result with types declaration generation.

tried vite-plugin-dts with rolldown, same timing but bundle time improved from 10.5second to 7.8seconds
