Describe the bug

My computer configuration is very advanced, 5900x, 3600mhz 16g*2, 2t m.2 ssd, it takes 60 seconds to run vite build, but the same project on mac mini takes 30 seconds, which is twice as fast, is this the windows and mac reason or the cpu reason? The 5900x was compiled with very low load and no performance

Same issue here. M4 Max but it takes ~4 minutes to build packages on a monorepo
