I have noticed that passing --dir something when running vitest from the CLI, has no effect if the configuration file defines projects. When no projects are defined, it will only run tests found under that specific directory.
My expectation would be that vitest run --dir something would result in all projects being run, but filtering each one of them by provided dir. Is there a way to do that?
