Running on Herd, create new server stays on 'installing'

I'm running vito on Laravel Herd and seems to work. However, when I create a new Hetzner server the status doesn't move beyond 'installing'. When you check the Hetzner control panel the newly created server is there, however a private IP is not assigned while servers created with Forge do have one. It seems as if the process is not properly executed.

Did I miss a crucial step?
