`tdd run` no longer generates a static report

Not sure if this is intentional, since 0.21 it says Review changes: http://localhost:47392 which is of course inaccessible after the tests complete. Documentation still says "Each tdd run generates an HTML report".

This was a bit tricky to get right for a while but I think I have it down pretty good now 😃 Released it in v0.22.0 (#168)
