Navigating per sentence or paragraph

Hi,

Is there a way in the editor screen to navigate per sentence and/or paragraph?

I use the shortcut Control+ arrows left/right to move from word to word a lot.

In the text editor of Gnome I can use Control+arrows up/down to navigate per paragraph. To me it feels as a middle ground between scrolling with the mouse (less control) and using page up/down (to big a jumps).

Especially during editing I find navigating per paragraph/sentence usefull.

In novelWriter this shortcut is used in the project tree to move up and down through the documents.
Would it be possible to add this per paragraph navigation to the editor view?

For reference: the default keybindings for the editor are listed here.

It seems Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down doesn't do anything in the default implementation, and in novelWriter they are unused in the editor because they're used to move items up and down in the project tree, so the idea was to avoid mistakes if the user was unaware if which panel had focus.

However, there is no technical reason why those two keyboard shortcuts can be added for navigating by paragraph. I'll give it some more thought, but I think we can add it.
