No audio (win10, VSNG 4.7.0)

I am trialing VS NG on my W10 workstation to record screens with audio. There is no way to record audio. In the main screen the audio part is greyed out. The same was true for previous VS versions I tried. I must specify that on my machine audio works perfectly since it is a DAW with audio interface and ASIO. But no device shows up and I can't record screen with audio. Note: I am not meant to compile the sources, I am using the VS builds. Thx

vokoscreenNG uses only the standard Windows WASAPI interface.
No ASIO or other interface.

I am not expert with such low-level details, but my audio interface is seen by *any* software, not just by ASIO. It uses a standard audio device in addition to ASIO. Even Windows sounds work. Every either music or video player works. I really see no reason why VS audio section must remain greyed out ! OBS can record my audio without any issues. Just it is too complicated for just recording short screen clips with audio, while VS was simple and perfect for my purpose. I would be glad to donate if it supported audio recording !

Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to integrate an Oasis interface. OASI is proprietary.
Since you did not provide a log file, we cannot determine why the built-in Windows interface, WASAPI, is not working for you.
Please send the log file from vokoscreenNG.

Attached both log and screenshot. Hope this helps. Please note that before bothering I checked on VS web page and I also asked google if there were any hidden manual or special instructions to install audio support or other caveats, but I found *no such info anywhere*

Hi, I have the same problem, both current version 4.7.0 and older versions. Audio never worked for recording screens (empty audio panel, as in the screenshot posted above by another user). Windows 10, Fujitsu PC with all hardware drivers installed and up to date, CPU i7-6700, builtin audio and gfx. Audio works regularly with any other apps. I have attached the log in case it helps.
