Migrate from tslint to eslint, as tslint is deprecated #69
Description
Repo uses tslint with tslint.json rules. The editors(VSCode, Vim) etc now have deprecated the TSLint plugins as tslint itself is deprecated. We will need to move the tslint config to eslint.
