UI RPS label unclear

**Describe the bug**
In the summary graph of the UI. The X-axis is labeled as "Maximum RPS Per GPU". Since we cannot measure how may GPUs the server is using this is probably inaccurate.

**Expected behavior**
Label should be something like "Measured RPS (Mean)" or "Responses Per Second (mean)".
