docs: add eslint check and search function for docs website

For semantic-router docs website, it is build with docusaurus, I think, can use docusaurus recommended search to implement search function. https://docusaurus.io/docs/search

For vector db, it should be closer to ai document assistant. https://nacos.io/blog/wuyi-intro/

for the document search function, I checked Algolia's documentation. It doesn't have an open source support plan. And the free version has API usage limits: https://www.algolia.com/policies/build-plan-specific-terms?utm_medium=page_link&utm_source=dashboard

From docusaurus, Algolia's support seems to be the best. But it doesn't seem to be suitable for the current, ubscription required.

What are your thoughts on this?
