infra(precommit): md lint check failed

I found the cause of the problem: it was due to an extra parameter added to the Markdown CLI tool. See below for details.

and, the npm markdownlint-cli tool was released 12 hours ago, causing CI to fail.

I think we can temporarily disable the md060 rule and fix it later.

agree. let disable md060 for now and bring it back after we clean up the existing docs.
