System faults

Wondering if anyone has any insights into faults with the powerwall. I've been looking at /api/system_status as my powerwall suddenly dropped to 0% from a 100% and hasn't charged in a few days.

I noticed in the battery_blocks array I have a couple properties that point to my battery being in fault mode:

To me this is telling me I have 100% charge state which lines up with the graph going from 100 to 0 in the space of 5 minutes. Anyone have any insights on getting fault codes out of the api?

The other possible alarming thing is nominal_full_pack_energy and nominal_energy_remaining are both 0?

I've been through the troubleshooting and reseting steps on the powerwall website and have an open ticket logged but was interested if anyone has any insights why I wait.
